
PLAYER REGISTRATION
2026/2027
We are a grassroots, not-for-profit football club. Founded in 2016, the club has grown substantially since our inception, to now field nearly 200 players in the Harrow Youth Football League and Harrow Soccer Combination, as well as many others on a 'training-only' basis. Ealing United is a FA Accredited Club.
We request that before completing the registration process, you first read this page so you understand how our club works, the fees involved and our general terms and conditions. Then, to register your child, please complete the online registration and payment process.
PRE-REGISTRATION
The registration process is completed via a player registration form (PART 1) and additional player info form (PART 2).
The following information is required:

Registration form: MEMBER type + player and parent/carer details

Player photo & further information: head & shoulders photo of the player + image of the player's passport (photo page) or birth certificate
FULL MEMBER
Registration fee: £50 | Training & match fees: £65 x 9 (Sept '26 - May '27)
Total season cost = £635
FULL MEMBER | DISCOUNTED RATE
Registration fee: £25 | Training & match fees: £32.50 x 9 (Sept '26 - May '27)
Total season cost = £317.50

TRAINING-ONLY MEMBER
Registration fee: £30 | Training fees: £45 x 9 (Sept '26 - May '27)

TRAINING-ONLY MEMBER | DISCOUNTED RATE
Registration fee: £15 | Training fees: £22.50 x 9 (Sept '26 - May '27)
Total season cost = £202.50

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
MATCH DAY COACHING FEES
Teams who have an EUFC coach at Sunday matches will pay a small additional monthly fee to cover coaching costs. These fees are paid to the club and passed onto our coaches.
SIBLING DISCOUNT POLICY
If you have more than one child registered to the club, fees for any second or subsequent child will be discounted by 10%. This discount will be calculated automatically when completing our registration process.
DISCOUNTED RATES
We offer a 50% discount on all fees (registration and monthly payments) for families receiving income support. Families should select the discounted rate option and provide up-to-date evidence, in the form of Universal Credit.
FINES
Fines can be incurred in the U12-U17 age groups. If a player receives a yellow or red card it is the player's (parents/guardians) responsibility to cover the cost of any fines.
PLAYING & TRAINING KIT
Ealing United kit is ordered separately via our club shop
All players registered as a FULL MEMBER must purchase our MATCH KIT (shirt, shorts & socks), with training items available as optional extras.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Registration

Only register your child if their place has been confirmed by a coach, manager or club secretary.

Registration fees are paid when registering as a club member and must be paid before a player can represent the club in league/cup matches

Players joining after the start of the season are required to pay the club registration fee, with monthly fees paid on a pro-rata basis
Training & match fees
-
Fees are collected via a registered credit/debit card each month (September - May)

Non-payment of training and match fees will result in players being unable to train or play matches during the season

U16 & U17 groups finish training in May
Squads / Teams

Registration DOES NOT guarantee a player a place in a squad or on a specific team

Team Managers and coaches will have final say on the make-up of squads/teams

Players who we can't fit into a squad will be offered the chance to be part of the club on a 'training-only' basis

Age groups with enough players registered will have two teams registered, with the make-up of each team decided by team managers / coaches
Training

All players are expected to attend training, unless agreed with the coach / team manager

Players must wear appropriate football attire to training, including football boots and shin pads
-
Training takes place in all weather conditions
