PLAYER REGISTRATION
SEASON 2025/26

We are a grassroots, not-for-profit football club. Founded in 2016, the club has grown substantially since our inception, to now field over 150 players in the Harrow Youth Football League, as well as many others on a 'training-only' basis and through the provision of holiday camps. Ealing United is a FA Accredited Club.

We request that before completing the registration process, you first read this page so you understand how our club works, the fees involved and our general terms and conditions. Then, to register your child, please complete the online registration and payment process.

PRE-REGISTRATION
The registration process is completed via an online registration form and additional player information form.
The following information is required:
  • Registration form: player and parent/carer details
  • Player photo & further information: head & shoulders photo of the player + image of the player's passport (photo page) or birth certificate
​U7 to U12 PLAYERS​

Registration fee: £66

Training & match fees: £50 x 9 (Sept '25 - May '26)

​Total season cost = £516

  • Weekly training sessions: coaching, 3G pitch hire

  • Match days: Harrow Soccer Combination / Youth League

U13 to U16 PLAYERS​

Registration fee: £66

Training & match fees: £57 x 9 (Sept '25 - May '26)

Total season cost = £583.50

U7 - U16 TRAINING-ONLY
No Registration fee

Training fees: £35 x 11 (Sept '25 - July '26)

Total season cost = £385

*We offer 1x free trial session to all new players​

DISCOUNTED RATES
We offer a 50% discount on all fees (registration and monthly payments) for families receiving income support. Families should select the discounted rate option and provide up-to-date evidence, in the form of Universal Credit.
SIBLING DISCOUNT POLICY
If you have more than one child registered to the club, fees for any second or subsequent child will be discounted by 10%. This discount will be calculated automatically when completing our registration process.

PLAYING & TRAINING KIT

Ealing United kit is ordered separately via our club shop

All registered players must purchase the HOME playing kit (shirt, shorts & socks), with training items available as optional extras.

FINES

Fines can be incurred in the U12-U16 age groups. They are not included in our fees. If a player receives a yellow or red card it is the player's (parents) responsibility to cover the cost of any fines.

Registration

Please only register your child if their place has been confirmed by a coach, manager or club secretary.

Part 2

Player Photo & Further Information

All players must provide a current player photo for registration with the club and league. Please complete the details below and read the photo requirements before uploading.

Player's Age Group

Player Photo Requirements: Head & shoulders only, against a plain background, taken within the past 6 weeks

Requirements: Image of photo page of passport or full birth certificate


Discounted Rates: Low-Income Families

This section is only applicable for families receiving Universal Credit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS⁠
Fees

Registration

  • Registration fees are paid when registering as a club member and must be paid before a player can represent the club in league/cup matches

  • Players joining late are required to pay the club registration fee (£66), with monthly fees paid on a pro-rata basis

Training & match fees

  • Fees are collected via registered credit/debit card on the 1st of each month (September - May)

  • Non-payment of training and match fees will result in players missing matches during the season

  • Fees are greater for U13-U16 age groups due to additional pitch hire costs and the need to pay league referees

Squads / Teams
  • Registration DOES NOT guarantee a player a place in a squad or on a specific team
  • ⁠⁠Team Managers and coaches will have final say on the make-up of squads/teams
  • Players who we can't fit into a squad will be offered the chance to be part of the club on a 'training-only' basis (no registration payment required)
  • Age groups with enough players registered will have two teams registered, with the make-up of each team decided by team managers / coaches

Training

  • All players are expected to attend training, unless agreed with the coach / team manager

  • ​Players must wear appropriate football attire to training, including football boots and shin pads

  • Training takes place in all weather conditions​​​
