PLAYER REGISTRATION
SEASON 2023/24

We are a grassroots, not-for-profit football club. Founded in 2016, the club has grown substantially since our inception, to now field approximately 200 players in the Middlesex Youth Football League and the Harrow Youth Football League, as well as many others on a 'training-only' basis, through the provision of open-to-all drop-in sessions and holiday camps. Ealing United is a FA Accredited Club.

We request that before completing the registration process, you first read this page so you understand how our club works, what fees are involved and our general terms and conditions. Then, to register your child, please complete the online registration and payment process.

PRE-REGISTRATION
The registration process is completed via an online platform. Parent/carer and player details will be required, including:
  • A recent head + shoulders photo of the player (on a plain, light-coloured) background
  • Image of the player's passport (photo page), clearly identifying their full name and DOB
These details help us to ensure the club and league registration are as smooth as possible.
​Under 7 to Under 12

Playing in: Middlesex Youth League or Harrow Youth League

Registration fee: £66 which includes:
 

  • Membership of Middlesex or Harrow Youth League

  • Personal accident insurance cover

  • FA & League player registration fees & team affiliation fees

  • Public liability insurance cover

​

Monthly Payments: £72

(9x £8 payments, Sept '23 - May '24 via Direct Debit) to cover the cost of:

  • All required team equipment & match day pitch hire

  • Match day referees' fees (subject to availability)​

Total cost: £138

​

Please note the following items are NOT included in the registration or monthly payments fees

  • Training sessions

  • Playing and training kit

Terms & Conditions

  • Registrations must be fully paid and completed by the start of the 2023/24 season.

  • Players will not be permitted to play in any matches until their registration is completed and payment made.

Under 13 to Under 16

Playing in: Middlesex Youth League or Harrow Youth League

(9x £15 payments, Sept '23 - May '24 via Direct Debit) to cover the cost of:

  • All required team equipment & match day 3G pitch hire

  • Match day referees' fees (subject to availability)​

Total cost: £201

LOW-INCOME FAMILIEs
50% discount on all fees - registration and monthly payments - for families on a low-income. Up-to-date evidence, in the form of Universal Credit (or similar) must be provided prior to completing the sign-up process. Evidence should be emailed to ealingunited@gmail.com

Once confirmed, families can register via the 'low-income families' option.

PLAYING & TRAINING KIT

Ealing United kit is ordered separately via our club shop

All players must purchase the HOME playing kit (shirt, shorts & socks), with additional optional items available for purchase including:

  • Training top

  • Tech pants

  • Hoodie

  • 1/4 zip

SIBLING DISCOUNT POLICY
If you have more than one child registered to the club, fees for any second or subsequent child will be discounted by 10%. This discount will be calculated automatically when completing our registration form.

FINES

Fines can be incurred for a range of issues in the U12-U16 age groups. They are not included in our fees. If a player receives a yellow or red card they will be fined by the league. All players and parents are responsible for their fines & which are payable within 14 days.

training fees

Training fees aren't included in registration. Training is booked either via Park Sports Lammas Park (U7-U12) or directly with the club (U13-U15). More details can be found here.
